Jane is the Owner and Broker for Moreland Realty. She is a native of Chase County, received a Business Administration degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, her broker's license and appraiser's licenses, and has been involved in the day-to-day operation of a farm/ranch for over twenty years. For several years Jane has enjoyed and been very active in assisting Buyers and Sellers in Real Estate. The desire to work with people, and assist them in their dreams is what she truly enjoys. Jane also enjoys and has been very blessed with husband, Mike, and their two boys, Eric and Blake. In her spare time, Jane enjoys her flowers, movies, water skiing, and their chocolate lab, Rudy.

Mike, a native of Imperial and received his Brokers license and Auctioneer's License, a graduate of the University of Nebraska with dual majors in Ag Economics and Animal Science has over 30 years experience in the farming and ranching industry. He specializes in ag land and commercial real estate.

Blake, a native of Imperial, received his Broker's License following extensive coursework at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. He graduated from UNO in December 2005 with a Bachelor's in Real Estate, Land Economics and Aviation Science. In his spare time, Blake enjoys flying. He is working on completing his third license in aviation. With Blake's background in agriculture and real estate management, he enjoys assisting Buyers & Sellers.

Steve is a native of Chase County, and has had his salesperson's license for a number of years and recently received a broker's license. He has also been actively engaged in farming for the past ten years. Steve has the desire and expertise to help the buyers and sellers of southwest Nebraska in all of their real estate needs whether it is residential, agricultural or commercial. In his spare time, Steve enjoys traveling. He and his wife, Char, have one daughter, Matalie and one son, Mason.

Jane has been involved in the real estate business for twenty years. In addition to real estate, she is also a teacher at Imperial Grade School, and is responsible for the Title 1 Program at the school. Jane was raised in McCook, Nebraska, where her father was a realtor for many years. After graduating from the University of Nebraska, Jane and her husband, Dan, moved back to Southwest Nebraska where they both teach, and are involved in many community activities. Jane and Dan have two sons, Gabe and Grant. She enjoys her son's sports and music activities, boating, and traveling.

Carrie and her husband Matt reside in Imperial. Joyce and her husband Mick reside on the family farm south of Wauneta. She has been involved with their farming operation for 31 years. Joyce and Mick have 4 children, Brian, Leigh, Clay and Clint and two grandchildren Maycee and Cannon. Joyce enjoys attending her son Clint's school activities and traveling with her husband.
